A process analysis method and a system according to the present invention comprise an input step of receiving a user setting about a unit task on a process; a process creation step of creating a task process model by analyzing recorded event logs according to the user setting; and an error correction step of correcting errors by using the connectivity (X) between the unit tasks when errors occur on the process in the creation of the task process.
