The present invention relates to a thruster lifting wire guide box for a ship, which can easily avoid the interference of a guide pipe such as a motor and other facilities during the installation, maintenance, and repair of a underwater mounting type thruster, and can remarkably increase the efficiency according to the injection direction by slantly installing a motor for operating a propeller of the thruster. A thruster (T) comprises: a bracket (20) which is fixated to the floor (10) of a hull; an elevating board (30) which is placed in the lower part of the bracket (20); a propeller (40) which is installed in the lower part of the elevating board (30); multiple wire boxes (50) which are placed in the upper part of the bracket (20); guide pipes (60) which are installed in the upper part of the wire boxes (50) respectively; and lifting wires (70) which are mounted in the guide pipes (60) in order to elevate the elevating board (30). The thruster lifting wire guide box for a ship comprises: guide boxes (80, 90) with guide rollers (81, 91) which are attached to the upper part of a wire box (50) at one side and the lower part of a guide pipe (60) at one side respectively in order to communicate with each other and to guide the incline lifting of the lifting wire (70); and an incline pipe (100) which is slantly connected with the guide boxes (80, 90) in order to guide the incline lifting of the lifting wire (70).
