摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Korean beef soup with extra calcium ingredients for enhancing health by providing the soup containing calcium through adding the calcium ingredients into the soup made with Korean beef. The soup made by the present invention comprises the steps of: boiling beef leg bones, other bones, and brisket in boiling water by a ratio of 5:5:4, and removing the water for remaining soup materials only; and manufacturing the beef soup with the extra calcium ingredients by inserting 40-66 part by weight of soup materials and 0.2-10 part by weight of calcium ingredients in 100 part by weight of pure water, and boiling for 5 to 15 hours. The Korean beef soup with the extra calcium ingredients helps eaters to keep healthy bones and teeth, promotes growth, and helps maintaining functions of neurons and muscles and the coagulation of blood with the extra calcium ingredients by adding the calcium ingredients into the soup such as beef leg bone soup having rich nutrients such as protein. Furthermore, other parts of bones can be used usefully by making the soup and the beef leg bones and ribs are stably used for making the soup, thereby financially helping cattle farmers.
