A system and a method for manufacturing an insulation box for a cargo hold are disclosed. The system for manufacturing an insulation box for a cargo hold according to the present invention comprises a glass wool fixing part to which a plurality of glass wool parts are detachably attached; and an insulation box turn-over device which turns over an insulation box for inserting the glass wool parts into a plurality of space parts inside the insulation box.
