1. A set of iron-type golf clubs, comprising:
a golf club including a golf club head, a grip and a shaft interposed between, and coupled to, the golf club head and the grip, wherein the golf club head is constructed so that a ratio of a moment of inertia about a vertical axis extending through the center of gravity of the golf club head and a moment of inertia about a longitudinal axis of the shaft is less than 2.25 and greater than 2.00, wherein the golf club has a loft less than about 28°, wherein the golf club head has a moment of inertia about the vertical axis extending through the center of gravity that is greater than 215 kgmm2, and wherein the golf club has a length that is less than about 40 inches.
