The present invention relates to a safety valve for a multipurpose mixer. The safety valve for a multipurpose mixer includes a shaft tube (81) vertically inserted to a discharging hole (91) of an insertion cover (90), with the ability to move vertically; multiple cut sections (82) vertically formed on the shaft tube (81); a fastening bump (83) protruded from the central bottom of the outer circumference of the shaft tube (81); an openable disk (84) formed on top of the shaft tube (81) for opening and closing the discharging hole (91); and a weight portion (85) prepared on top of the openable disk (84).
