The present invention relates to a battery and, more specifically, to a lithium sulfur battery using a non-woven fabric separation film, wherein the non-woven fabric separation film made of glass fiber or the likes is applied to a lithium sulfur battery so that the electrolyte of a non-woven fabric layer is dissolved and sufficient performance can be obtained thereby even though lithium sulfide which is a middle discharge byproduct is generated. In particular, the present invention provides a lithium sulfur battery using a non-woven fabric separation film, the lithium sulfur battery comprising: a cathode that is formed by coating an aluminum base material or a carbon-coated aluminum base material with slurry that is produced in an N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvent through sulfur, a conductive material, and binders; an anode that is formed by lithium having a thickness of 50 to 100 micrometers or lithium coated with a protection film; and a separation film that is formed by means of at least one piece of non-woven fabric, wherein the non-woven fabric separation film includes electrolyte by which lithium sulfide that is generated in the beginning of discharge can be dissolved. |
