The present invention relates to a system and a method for searching and outputting media content by using a local area network in order to output media content related to the contents of a printed matter such as a printed booklet by using a local area network so that a user is able to watch. The system for searching and outputting media content by using a local area network according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a printed matter which includes a communication module which is recognized for the information search of specific media content by performing a local area network; and an information search terminal which displays an image and outputs a sound by performing a recognition about the communication module and searching media content related to the recognized communication module from a pre-stored media content storage. Thereby the present invention is able to maximize the efficiency of the studying and reading of a user by satisfying the readability and familiarity of a printed matter and the convenience of media content at the same time by mutually linking the printed matter with the electronic media content. |
