The present invention provides an indirect cooker (1) using a vacuum pot (3) for cooking food with a predetermined temperature during the predetermined time by mounting the vacuum pot (3) storing the food inside the indirect cooker for cooking the food by indirectly heating the food using heat medium such as water or steam. The indirect cooker (1) of the present invention comprises an indirect heater for heating the stored water by generating electric heat by supplying electricity and the vacuum pot (3) heated by the water or the steam heated by the electric heat by being combined inside the indirect heater (2) and in which food materials are vacuumed. The present invention does not destroy natural texture, odor, and nutriment of the food materials to enable a person to naturally feel the food materials and improves the texture and flavor of cooked food by instilling seasoning, which is appropriately added to the cooked food with the food materials, into the cooked food. The present invention can cook the food having liquid and can cook the food during the long time after vacuuming fresh food materials. The present invention can maintain the shape of the cooked food after cooking and can expect a vacuum storage function by continuously maintaining a vacuum condition. |
