The present invention relates to a cushion material including a multi-layer structure. the cushion material has a vertical wrap nonwoven fabric which is made of a first elastic nonwoven fabric and has the fabric arranged in the vertical direction and a cross nonwoven fabric which is made of a second elastic nonwoven fabric and has the fabric arranged in the horizontal direction stacked together. Accordingly, the present invention can strongly support the load in a horizontal or vertical direction and have strong elastic force or recovery in all directions.
