<p>The present invention relates to a lubricant additive and a production method of same which comprises the following: a step of refining water soluble nano-diamond; a step of reforming the surface of the refined water soluble nano-diamond powder to have hydrophobic properties; and a step of dispersing the water soluble nano-diamond powder in oil to obtain the lubricant additive. By providing the lubricant additive produced by the present invention, the lifetime of a power operation device which is used throughout the industries is extended, and fuel efficiency and output are improved.</p> |
