The present invention relates to an ankle strengthening and rehabilitating apparatus and, more specifically, to an ankle strengthening and rehabilitating apparatus which forms an ankle part elastic belt put on the ankle part and a top part elastic belt put on the top of the foot, and connects two elastic belts with a spring, to repeat a process of the foot being tighten when a user pulls the foot and moving to the original position by the restoring force of the spring when the user doesn′t pull the foot, thereby being used for strengthening the ligament and muscle and rehabilitation treatment of the ankle. The ankle strengthening and rehabilitating apparatus of the present invention additionally uses the elasticity of the spring to load on the ankle, and provides an effect of adjusting the intensity of the load. Moreover, the apparatus is more easily used and conveniently carried than existing ankle rehabilitation equipment.
