The present invention relates to a steam injection device of a loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) test chamber which comprises a LOCA test chamber and injection nozzles. The LOCA test chamber includes a specimen. The injection nozzles: adjust the location of injection of the high temperature steam; inject the high temperature steam into the LOCA test chamber; and provide a rotational force to the high temperature steam.
