The present invention relates to an advertisement system and a method thereof using an audio signal. The advertisement system includes a first terminal which accesses and displays a web site which is composed of multiple web content and outputs advertisement content by converting the advertisement content into an audio signal if the advertisement content is linked with web content which is selected by a user; and a second terminal which restores the audio signal to the advertisement content and displays the advertisement content if the audio signal is received from the first terminal.
