The present invention relates to a kitchen sanitation structure using an automatic transfer member before and after cooking which is characterized in that: heating appliances are disposed at one spot in a kitchen so that only a cook cooks food in one-stop service in the kitchen isolated from the exterior, thereby removing hot steam generated from cooking through an inner duct and thus lowering the temperature to maintain the inside of the kitchen comfortably; and that an automatic system of transferring the cooked food is provided in the kitchen. |
