A mousse type UV blocking cosmetic composition is provided to generate easily bubbles by comprising a UV blocking booster, thereby showing excellent convenience of use with no stickiness or glossiness, and effectively blocking life UV. A mousse type UV blocking cosmetic composition comprises: 1-20 wt.% of an organic UV blocking agent; 0.1-20 wt.% of wax or oil; 0.1-10 wt.% of a non-ionic surfactant; 0.1-10 wt.% of a fatty alcohol; 0.1-5 wt.% of a UV blocking booster; and 0.1-5 wt.% of a useful polymer ingredient. |
