The present invention is to recycle reduced food waste for efficient recovery and regeneration by effectively controlling the volume moisture content and salinity of the food waste and effectively removing adulterations such as iron, glass, vinyl and bones. For the purpose, the present invention provides an apparatus for reducing and treating food waste, comprising an input part being provided with water having a certain pressure and formed to enable the input of food waste; an initial crushing part mounted at the lower part of the input part and composed to primarily crush the food waste; and a compressing and crushing part for secondary crush and compressing dehydration, including a housing placed at one side of the initial crushing part with a gap therebetween and having a first discharge hole and a second discharge hole formed at upper and lower ends, a perforated net installed and fixed inside the housing, connected to be able to introduce the primarily crushed food waste from the initial crushing part, and having a plurality of perforated holes on a wall surface, a screw member placed inside the perforated net, installed vertically on the housing to be able to rotate, and transferring the food waste while compressing and crushing the food waste, a discharge device for discharging the food waste transferred from the screw member, and a driving device for applying rotational power to the screw member, wherein the discharge device of the compressing and crushing part includes a guide member arranged on the first discharge hole of the housing and discharging the food waste and a guiding blade member installed at the upper part of the axis of the screw member to rotate and guiding the discharging direction of the food waste toward the first discharge hole. |
