The present invention can reduce sludge by atomizing sludge wastewater by passing the sludge wastewater through a venturi tube and increasing the concentration of dissolvable organic matters by returning the sludge wastewater to a first settling tank. The method for solubilizing and reducing organic sludge using cavitation effects according to the present invention comprises the steps of: supplying organic wastewater such as sewage and livestock manure to the first settling tank via a pretreatment process; supplying the wastewater, which has been primarily settled in the first settling tank, to an aeration tank; supplying the wastewater, which has been aerated in the aeration tank, to a second settling tank; filtering and discharging treated water in the second settling tank while discharging the settled sludge wastewater among the wastewater in the second settling tank to a sludge tank; and solubilizing sludge and recirculating the sludge to the first settling tank by supplying the sludge wastewater, which has been stored in the sludge tank, to a sludge solubilizing facility including a venturi tube. |
