The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically removing alien substances and scale from precision parts. The apparatus includes a housing; a first transfer unit transferring a produced precision part which is laid thereon; a washing unit removing the alien substances attached to the surface while rotating the precision part transferred by the first transfer unit; a drying unit removing water from the surface after the precision part is washed by the washing unit; a second transfer unit transferring the precision part from which the alien substances and the water are removed; a scale removing unit removing the scale attached to the surface while rotating the precision part transferred by the second transfer unit; a third transfer unit transferring the precision part, from which the scale is removed by the scale removing unit, to be discharged; an unloading unit unloading the precision part transferred by the third transfer unit; and a control unit controlling the operations of the above units.
