The central bore has a perimeter that is larger than a perimeter of each of the plurality of cable passages.

1. A strain relief device to allow the passage of one or more telecommunication drop cables therethrough, the strain relief device comprising:
a tubular body comprising a central bore that defines a longitudinal axis and an interior surface of the tubular body and a plurality of cable passages disposed around the central bore, wherein the central bore includes a perimeter that is larger than a perimeter of each of the plurality of cable passages; a plurality of slits formed in the tubular body wherein each slit extends from the interior surface of the tubular body between the central bore and one of the plurality of cable passages to allow insertion of a telecommunication drop cable into one of cable passages; and a plug to block the central bore and secure the one or more telecommunication drop cables within the cable passages.
