The present invention relates to an oil fence which allows oil spilled on the sea to flow to both sides thereof so that the oil can be easily collected and the spilled oil cannot flow over the oil fence. Therefore, the oil fence according to the present invention comprises: a buoyant part (10) having an upper buoyant part (11), a lower buoyant part (12) which is vertically fixed to the upper buoyant part (11), and a concave groove part (13) which is formed between the upper buoyant part (11) and the lower buoyant part (12); and a weight part (20) which is formed at the lower side of the lower buoyant part (12), is fixed to the bottom part of a connecting part (21), and providing a pulling force to vertically stand the upper buoyant part (11) and the lower buoyant part (12), wherein the upper buoyant part (12) has a cross-sectional area relatively larger than the cross-sectional area of the lower buoyant part (12) so that the oil stagnated in the concave groove part (13) is restrained from flowing over the buoyant part (10); and the oil (K) continuously flowing into the concave groove part (13) by a tidal current flows to the both sides of the oil fence along the concave groove part (13) so that the oil can be easily collected. |
