Disclosed is a roly-poly type toilet paper holder. The roly-poly type toilet paper holder in the present invention includes a toilet paper holding unit forming a holding rod on which toilet paper can be put on the upper part of a mounting plate; a body unit which is formed with a semi-sphere formed support unit connected to the lower part of the mounting plate to support the toilet paper holding unit and is operated in a roly-poly form; and a metal circular ball installed in the support unit in order for the body unit to be operated in the roly-poly form.
