The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of flame retarding expandable polystyrene foam material. The present invention injects a flame retarding solution into a transfer pipe body (21) of a transfer screw (22) and spreads the flame retarding solution on an EPS expandable bead surface within the transfer pipe body (21) transferred to the transfer screw (22). The present invention selectively discharges the flame retarding solution from the gates (34, 35, 36, 37) of a first coating dryer (3) so that the flame retarding solution is coated to the EPS expandable bead surface whereby the flame retarding solution is spread. A second dryer (4) controls the detention time and the discharged amount of an EPS expandable bead by the section which is divided through the partitions (40, 41, 42, 43). Therefore, a working process is simplified and a high quality expandable polystyrene foam material is obtained. |
