The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a U-bolt. When a U-bolt is pressed, since a pressure roller pressurizes a side of the U-bolt, a deviation problem whereby the U-bolt is broken towards both sides due to the return in the elastic force of a material after bending work can be solved. Therefore, productivity can be increased, and a failure rate can be reduced. According to the present invention, an apparatus for forming a U-bolt comprises: a body; a mounting groove arranged on an upper part of the body having a circular rod; a circular rod mounting stand including a forming tool which is penetrated into the center of the mounting groove and formed; a press for processing the circular rod as a 'U' shape since the forming tool descends the circular rod by pressurizing the circular rod mounted on the mounting groove at the top; and a left and right bending part arranged inside of the body for pressurizing a left and a right sides of the U-bolt, which is curved by the press as a 'U' shape, from both sides. |
