Disclosed is a needle punching machine for a cylindrical preform comprising: a fixed cylindrical mandrel (40) on which a transferred preform (100) is wound at least once to be layered in order to make a cylindrical carbon preform (200) by connecting the layered preform (100) through needle punching; and an interlocking rotary machine (50) connected to the mandrel (40) to rotate freely and directly receiving a rotary force from a mandrel operating roller (60) which applies power to the preform (100) to be wound on the mandrel (40), thereby minimizing friction resistance of the rotating fixed cylindrical mandrel to make the carbon preform (200) and remarkably reducing a physical power applied from the outside for the needle punching. |
