The present invention relates to a touch sensing system and a driving method thereof. The touch sensing system includes a touchscreen driving circuit which determines a position of a touch input by supplying a driving signal to Tx lines within a group including two or more TX lines and detecting the existence of the touch input in a group unit in a group sensing process, and sequentially supplying a driving signal to Tx lines within a group where the touch input is detected in a partial sensing process. The touchscreen driving circuit compares a first threshold with touch raw data obtained from the group sensing result to determine a group where touch raw data more than the first threshold exists as the group where a touch input occurs. The touchscreen driving circuit compares a second threshold with touch raw data obtained from the partial sensing result to determine touch raw data more than the second threshold as data from a touch sensor where a touch signal is actually inputted.
