1. An armor system for protecting an object from a shaped-charge warhead, the armor system comprising:
a net formed of interwoven non-detonating fibers, wherein openings between the fibers are at least slightly smaller than a nose cone of the shaped-charge warhead, and wherein the fibers are configured to deform the nose cone of the shaped-charge warhead; and a frame fixed to the object to be protected by the net, wherein the textile net is supported by the frame on at least one side of the textile net, wherein the textile net is suspended by the frame spaced apart from the object.
