Provided is a water purifier using air-water circulation, comprising: a warm water tank (11) configured to store warm water; a cold water tank (12) configured to store cold water; a cold/warm selecting valve (13) configured to select warm water of the warm water tank (11) or cold water of the cold water tank (12); a fan (24) configured to introduce external air into an inlet (21) and a guide path (22) and discharge the external air through an outlet (23); a dew condenser (30) configured to condense the external air introduced into the guide path (22), through a heat exchanger (100) at a dew point; a water storage tank (41) configured to collect the dew dropped into the guide path (22) and store the collected dew as raw water; and a pump (42) configured to supply the raw water of the water storage tank (41) into the warm water tank (11) or the cold water tank (12) through a filter group (53), wherein the heat exchanger (100) includes an aluminum fin (110) having an irregularly curved section (110b) having fixing holes (110a), and a copper pipe (120) inserted into the fixing holes (110a) of the aluminum fin (110).
