Provided in the present invention is an apparatus for separating plate HBI particles capable of flexibly dealing with work load fluctuations according to production yield and preventing the space between rotors from being clogged by HBI particles when production yield is increased. The apparatus for separating plate HBI particles includes: a motor; a driving rotor coupled to the driving shaft of the motor and having a first bumpy portion formed on the outer circumference; an idle rotor arranged in the same row with the driving rotor to freely rotate and having a second bumpy portion formed on the outer circumference; and an adjusting unit for adjusting the interval between the driving rotor and idle rotor by moving the idle rotor with respect to the driving rotor. Based on the flux of plate HBI particles flowing into the space between the driving rotor and idle rotor, the interval between the driving rotor and idle rotor can be adjusted.
