The present invention relates to a device for discharging water and distributing the flow rate of an end plate for a fuel cell stack of a new structure for improving the discharge of water and the distribution of the flow rate for a fuel cell. To this end, the present invention provides a device for discharging water and distributing the flow rate of an end plate for a fuel cell stack, comprising an open-type end plate and a close-type end plate that are respectively disposed at one side and the other side of the fuel cell stack so as to couple multiple unit cells made of normal cells. A water discharge flow path is formed in order to penetrate the open-type end plate vertically so that condensed water that is injected along the entrance path wall surface of the open-type end plate, which is a stack entrance, is discharged through the exit path of the open-type end plate, which is a stack exit. At the same time, a heat discharge buffer zone is formed so as to discharge heat that is transferred from the unit cells made of normal cells. |
