A multi-core processor includes: a plurality of cores which respectively outputs a scan output pattern in response to one scan input pattern; a multiplexing circuit which outputs one among the scan output patterns from the cores in response to a selection signal; and a comparison circuit which respectively compares the scan output patterns in a bit unit and generates a plurality of comparison signals based on the comparison result.
