The element has a shaft section including a screw tip (2) passed through an end of a shaft (1). The shaft section includes a wooden thread (7) passed through the screw tip to a collar (3), where a front side of a small cylindrical threaded section (6) is rotated away to the screw tip. A flat contact surface (5) encloses the cylindrical threaded section that is arranged in rafters, and another cylindrical threaded section (10) is arranged in a counter-battening unit. A clamping unit is fixed to the former threaded section by a screw nut.
