PURPOSE: A degating apparatus and a degating block having a thermoelectric element are provided to improve the quality of a product by preventing irregular thermal shrinkage by accurately controlling cooling speed and a cooling temperature through the thermoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: In a degating apparatus and a degating block having a thermoelectric element, a plurality of semiconductor chips(6) is mounted in the substrate(5) or a lead frame. A plurality of sealing member(4) covers a plurality of semiconductor chips and protects them. A block body(11) has an opposite side corresponding to one side. A vacuum absorbing unit(10a) absorbs a package strip in the opposite. The block body includes one air nozzle and an air inlet. |
