The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling the drive of a motor, and a motor using the same. The apparatus for controlling the drive of the motor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a counter electromotive force detecting unit, an offset correcting unit, and a control unit. The counter electromotive force detecting unit detects counter electromotive force generated from the motor. The offset correcting unit determines whether an offset delay is in the counter electromotive force detecting unit and corrects the offset delay if the offset delay is in the counter electromotive force detecting unit. The control unit controls the drive of the motor by using the counter electromotive force with the offset delay corrected by the offset correcting unit. |
