The present invention relates to a light source assembly and a turn signal lamp for a vehicle using the same, which comprise a frame unit having at least one element region; a heat radiation unit disposed to be separated from the frame unit at a predetermined distance, on the element region; a light source unit including at least one light emitting element disposed at a position corresponding to the element region, in the heat radiation unit; and an auxiliary heat radiation unit mounted on the heat radiation unit by passing through the frame unit. Therefore, the present invention can easily increase or decrease heat capacity of the heat radiation unit in response to the heat capacity of a light emitting module.
