The present invention relates to a magnetic reinforcing plate which includes laminated prepreg layers which are formed by heating and pressing a plurality of prepregs containing a synthetic resin and has at least one magnetic plate insertion hole which vertically penetrates the prepreg layers; at least one magnetic plate which is inserted in each magnetic plate insertion hole of the laminated prepreg layers into which the magnetic plate is inserted; and upper and lower prepreg layers which are integrated by being laminated on the top and bottom of the laminated prepreg layers into which the magnetic plate is inserted and being pressed. Therefore, the present invention can provide the magnetic reinforcing plate which prevents the separation of a magnet, facilitates processing, and can be easily integrated with an attachment surface.
