摘要 |
With respect to the present invention, microorganisms which are endogeneous in Perinereis aibuhitensis known to have excellent capacity to decompose organic matters in the coastal mud flat were grown in an MA medium, and 31 colonies were selected according to the color and shape of the colony and then purely cultured. As a result of identification based on the 16S rRNA nucleotide sequence, 11 strains included in the genus Bacillus were isolated. As a result of analysis of diversity of 11 strains included in the genus Bacills, it was investigated that a total of seven species of Bacills algicola, Bacills anthrasis, Bacills aquimaris, Bacills barbaricus, Bacills hwajinpoensis, Bacills nanhiensis, and Bacills vietnamensis are endogenous in Perinereis aibuhitensis. In the present invention, two Bacillus strains isolated and selected from Perinereis aibuhitensis have excellent capacity to decompose protein, hydrocarbon, and lipid, and have resistance to salt, and thus can be useful to purify a mud flat contaminated with organic matters. |
