The present invention relates to a switched reluctance motor assembly and an assembly method thereof. A lower balancing part disposed on the bottom of a rotor part includes a lower balancing part body installed on the bottom of the rotor part as a target to be cut for balancing and an encoder protruding from the bottom of the lower balancing part body. In case of the present invention, the encoder can be a target to be cut as one portion of the balancing part so that effective balancing can be performed only with a less amount than a conventional amount.
