Provided is a method for providing an unpaid charge guiding service based on Hi-pass which includes the steps of: receiving a reception event from a Hi-pass terminal; checking whether payment data included in the reception data which is received is normally completed; performing an output to display unpaid charge data about the reception event if the checked payment data is not normally completed; and transmitting the unpaid charge data to the Hi-pass terminal. At this time, the Hi-pass terminal is connected to at least one user terminal which is located in a place with the Hi-pass terminal and transmits the unpaid charge data to at least one user terminal if the unpaid charge data is received.
