The present invention relates to a reversing apparatus of a tube fin assembly to increase the effective production of the tube fin assembly, and to process a welding work of the tube fin assembly quickly by reversing the upper and lower directions of the tube fin assembly transferred to weld the upper and lower sides of the tube fin assembly. According to the present invention, the reversing apparatus of the tube fin assembly for turning and reversing upper and lower directions of a tube and a fin comprises: multiple lifting means (100) lift operated and equipped in one side and the opposite side, and the other side and the opposite side of a transferring means (10) for transferring the tube fin assembly to make a pair to be corresponded with each other; multiple reversing means (200) installed in the lifting means (100) corresponded with each other in one side and the opposite side of the transferring means (10), and the lifting means (100) corresponded with each other in the other side and the opposite side of the transferring means (10) to turn and reverse one side and the other side of the lifted tube fin assembly after lifting one side and the other side of the tube fin assembly in the transferring means (10) by lift operation of the multiple lifting means (100); and multiple connecting means (300) for organically connecting the reversing means (200) equipped in one side of the transferring means (10), and the reversing means (200) equipped in the opposite side of the transferring means (10) to make a pair to reverse the reversing means (200) at the same time.
