The present invention relates to a high strength high manganese steel sheet with excellent strength, formability, and non-magnetic properties; and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides the high strength high manganese steel sheet comprising 0.4-0.9% of C, 10-25% of Mn, 0.01-4.0% of Al, 0.01-2.0% of Si, 0.05-0.2% of Ti, 0.0005-0.005% of B, 0.05% or less of S (0 is excluded), 0.8% or less of P (0 is excluded), 0.003-0.01% of N, by wt%, and residues including Fe and unavoidable impurities, and the fraction of carbides among microstructures is 1 vol% or less. |
