The present invention relates to tuna white sausage and a manufacturing method thereof, specifically to: tuna white sausage containing 25-45 wt% of pork, 5-25 wt% of tuna, 20-30 wt% of pork fat, and 20-30 wt% of water; and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, parts of pork for sausage are replaced with tuna for providing the tuna white sausage with excellent functionality and nutrition, and for developing various meat products and added value by using new source which is tuna.
