PURPOSE: A saw zone vendor segment for the continuous casting is provided to prevent the phenomenon of the roll alignment being distorted, which is able to be generated between the adjacent bottom frames. CONSTITUTION: A saw zone vendor segment for the continuous casting comprises a fixed frame (110), a fluid frame, a roll gap adjustment member (130), and a buffer member (140). An integrated fixed frame includes a plurality of guide roll as one body. A plurality of fluid frame is connected to the integrated fixed frame and controls the roll gap. The roll gap adjustment member moves the fluid frame to forward and backward, and provides the roll gap to be adjusted. The buffer member is installed by being connected between the integrated fixed frame and the fluid frame, and buffers the roll gap fluid which is generated when the slab moves. |
