METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DENTURE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dentures using an arrayed core which not only drastically shortens working times for arraying artificial teeth but also allows production of dentures with excellent aesthetics, shape accuracy and occlusal property, since an arrayed core corresponding to a jaw pattern can be selected from the sample arrayed cores with finalized multiple occlusion planes and occlusion arches, and artificial teeth can be quickly and easily seated and arrayed upon insertion part of the arrayed cores. The method for manufacturing dentures using an arrayed core according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of patterning a jaw pattern of at least one place between the lower jaw or the upper jaw of a denture user; a step of selecting an arrayed core of the most similar shape by comparing multiple sample arrayed cores; a step of seating and arranging the artificial teeth inside the insertion part of the selected arrayed core according to the order of dentition; a step of checking for occlusal relationships by mounting the arrayed core with the arranged artificial teeth on an occluder; and a step of fixing the base of artificial teeth of the arrayed core mounted on the occluder using a wax material.
