The present invention relates to an electrical outlet safety device which has an outlet case cover (31) including a plug penetration hole (H) and an outlet case body (32) including an outlet terminal (C). The electrical outlet safety device includes: a middle plate (10) which is installed between the plug penetration hole (H) and the outlet terminal (C) and includes a pair of penetration holes (11); and a movable opening and closing part (20) including a pair of opening holes (21) which open and close the plug penetration hole (H) and the penetration hole (11), a support (22) of a plate shape which connects and supports the pair of the opening holes by being in contact with the middle plate (10), and a first elastic member (S1) which elastically supports to return after the pair of the opening holes (21) moves by being connected to the middle plate (10) and the opening holes (21). The opening hole (21) is able to prevent a safety accident such as an electric shock since the movable opening and closing part (20), which opens and closes the plug penetration hole (H) and the penetration hole (11), does not move if foreign substances including a chopstick and a metal conductor are inserted into the plug penetration hole (H) by composing: a terminal guide surface (21a) which is formed on an inclined surface; a blocking protrusion (23) which moves up and down in the upper side of the terminal guide surface (21a) and is inserted into the plug penetration hole (H); a protrusion groove (24) in which the blocking protrusion (23) is inserted in the upper side of the terminal guide surface (21a); and a second elastic member (S2) which supports the blocking protrusion (23) by being inserted into the protrusion groove (24). |
