The present invention relates to a multifunctional apparatus for manufacturing rice cake, in which a rice cake pattern is prepared by steaming a rice cake powder or a rice cake powder and rice (nonglutinous rice or glutinous rice) placed in a steamer, and more specifically, to a multifunctional apparatus for manufacturing rice cake, wherein the apparatus can be multifunctionally used since a rice cake pattern of injeolmi or pounded rice cake is prepared using a mortar and steamed rice cake is prepared by placing a steamer above the mortar, and can conveniently extract the kneaded rice cake pattern and thus conveniently perform a work since the mortar is rotated forwardly and a tray is installed below in a drawer type. The apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body of which an inside of an upper part is opened and which has bearing fixers embedded above both sides; a housing which is disposed at the opened inside of the main body and of which a rotary shaft is inserted into the bearing fixers to be able to rotate; a mortar which is installed above and inside the housing, which includes a motor installed below and a stirring shaft installed at the bottom inside, and into which a steam is injected through a steam hose; a steam cap which is placed around an upper portion of the mortar; and a tray inserted and installed into a lower portion of the main body. |
