The present invention relates to a retardation film and a method of producing the same and, more specifically, to a retardation film capable of maintaining adhesion and a method of producing the same. The retardation film can maintain a retardation compensation effect which was originally designed even when the film is exposed for a long time to high temperature or high temperature and humidity environment by having a retardation coating layer which contains a resin having a refractive index anisotropy, a photopolymerization initiator, and a photocuring agent on one or both surfaces of an optical film.
