The present invention relates to a multi-functional reverse osmosis membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. The reverse osmosis membrane according to one embodiment of the present invention simultaneously improves flux and salt removal rates by improving the performance of a porous support. Moreover, the reverse osmosis membrane reduces membrane operating costs. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a multi-functional reverse osmosis membrane of the present invention includes a step of forming a porous support layer by doping a polymer solution and a step of forming a polyamide layer.
