PURPOSE: A ship resource management system and resource management method thereof are provided to transmit an updated result to an external ship integrated management system by updating resource information according to the change of resource states. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(110) stores personal information of boarding people. A control unit(130) confirms the personal information in order to determine a user schedule based on the personal information. The control unit manages the resources according to the determined user schedule when the part of resources is exhausted. |
