PURPOSE: A CK inhibitor for inducing differentitaion of mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial cells is provided to effectively treat vascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for induing mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial cells comprises a step of treating CK(casein kinase) inhibitor to mesenchymal stem cells. The CK inhibitor is a compound of chemical formula 1, 4,5,6,7-tetrabromo-N,N-dimethyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-2-amine. The CK inhibitor is treated by culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing the compound of chemical formula 1 for 5-15 days. A medicinal composition for treating vascular diseases contains differentiated endothelial cells. |
